- Standard Plan: Costs $30 per month per agent. Messaging cost and industry fees are not included. A minimum of 3 agents is required. This plan includes everything in the Limited plan, plus additional features.
- Pro Plan: Costs $50 per month per agent. Messaging cost and industry fees are not included. A minimum of 5 agents is required. This plan includes everything in the Standard plan, plus additional features.
- Enterprise Plan: This plan includes everything in the Pro plan, plus additional features. For pricing details, you need to contact Textline.
All plans start with a 14-day free trial. You can pay by month or annually, and you can cancel at any time. Please note that the messaging cost and industry fees are not included in the plan prices.
Payment Method
Textline accepts credit card payments. To make a payment, you need to provide the following information:
- Your name as it appears on the card
- Your credit card number
- The credit card type
- The date of expiration
- Any activation numbers or codes needed to charge your card

How To Open A Textline Account?
To open an account on Textline, follow these steps:
- Head to the Sign Up page on the Textline website.
- Enter the contact information including name, organization, email, and phone number.
- Verify the identity by receiving and inputting a code sent to the mobile number provided.
- After verification, Textline sets up a Demo Department where users can text themselves and the verified numbers for other agents in the organization.
- An optional user tutorial is available to guide through the basics of the app.
- To message contacts during the trial, it's required to fill out Compliance information before adding a department with a real number.
For joining an existing Textline account, an invitation from the account owner is needed. The email address will be the login. If the email address domain has been claimed by an Admin of the existing account, it can also be used to join the existing account.
Remember, if the email address already exists in the Textline system, it cannot be used to join another account. In such cases, either change the email address in the existing account or have an Admin in that account delete the login for the Admin to invite the correct email address to the new account.
For starting a free trial with Textline, head to the website and select the Get Started button in the upper right-hand corner on any page. After signing up, the sign-up flow will guide through the process. The free trial allows testing out any of the three plans (Limited, Standard, or Pro).
Textline Return Policy?
Textline does not have a traditional return policy as it is a service-based platform. However, it does have policies for account cancellation and restoration.
For account cancellation, an Admin from the organization needs to email support@textline.com or text (415-849-4349) requesting to cancel the current Textline account. Once the admin for the account has reached out to the Support team and requested to cancel the account, the cancellation process will proceed.
If an account is cancelled after a period of usage and a new phone number was received through Textline, that phone number will also be released.
For account restoration, if a free trial was signed up for and no billing information was input before the 14 days end, the account will be automatically cancelled within a few days. If a new phone number was received through Textline during sign-up, that number will be released. To restore the account, text (415) 849-4349, provide the organization name and email address used to sign up. If the original account cannot be set up with the number provided, a new number in the same area code (if possible) will be found and the account will be restored.
